Do I need to be ready to buy right now?
No. Many people reach out 6 to 12 months ahead. Choose "Just exploring" on the form and we'll help you prepare at your own pace.
How is a buyer's agent paid?
Compensation is spelled out in your written buyer agreement and is negotiable. Sometimes the seller agrees to cover some or all of it. We'll walk you through your options before you sign anything.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Broward and Palm Beach counties, including Boca Raton, Parkland, Coral Springs, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach.
What about financing?
If you'd like, we can connect you with financing resources. You are always free to choose any lender you want.
